Z Hotels Gloucester Place is housed in five Georgian properties on Marylebone's The Portman Estate. Three are linked at the rear with a new extension to form a single large hotel, and the remaining two of operate as separate boutique hotels.

Following the Z brand brief as a budget-friendly space that "sells sleep", the design included three welcoming cafe/reception areas, two outdoor terraces and over 50 bedrooms with ensuites, across the properties.
